New Home Consultant – Dayton

Rockford Homes is seeking an experienced new home sales professional to join our Dayton team. We offer single-family homes across 16 Central Ohio communities and are expanding into Beavercreek & Huber Heights Ohio in 2026. Key Responsibilities

• Securing Sales & Excellent Customer Experiences: Convert visitors into homeowners, educate buyers on offerings and financing, and while guiding buyers from first meeting to closing.
• Marketing, Networking & Customer relationships: Cultivate Realtor relationships & drive marketing initiatives while staying informed on market trends and competitors. Use CRM tools to track leads, manage sales activities, and ensure positive customer experiences measured through Avid Ratings.

Role Requirements

• Experience: MINIMUM of 2+ years of professional experience in New Home Sales is required. Please do not apply if you do not have sales training and experience working for a new home builder.
• Skills: Self-motivated, effective communication, strategic thinking, time management, and problem-solving.
• Availability: Must be able to work onsite in a model home Thursday- Monday 11-7. Must be able to travel to Columbus 2 times per month for sales meetings.
• Tech Proficiency: Advanced computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams etc.), and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies. Hubspot and Marks Systems experience preferred.
• Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Benefits

This opportunity is a 100% commission with a competitive training salary. The yearly earning potential for the role is anticipated to be $200,000+, if hitting sales and performance goals.

The role is a full-time, W2 position that offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, 401K, Vacation & sick leave.
