At Rockford Homes, we value every customer’s home-buying experience. Whether they decide to work with a Real Estate agent is entirely their choice—we’re simply here to help you and your buyer every step of the way. The guidelines below help us make sure everyone has a smooth and consistent experience.

Buyer Registration Requirements

If a Buyer chooses to work with a Realtor on their purchase with Rockford Homes, here’s how we make sure their representation is set up correctly:

Agent Registration: Realtors need to register their clients during (or before) their initial visit with us — or personally accompany them during their first visit to any Rockford Homes community or model home—to be eligible for a commission.
Community Flexibility: Once you have your clients registered, Realtors can represent them in any Rockford Homes community.
Registration Duration: Registrations remain active for 60 days. If you are still assisting your buyer after that time, you can easily request a renewal by sending a written notice to your Rockford Homes New Home Consultant.
